CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: CONSULTANT

We are looking for dynamic and vibrant Collections Agents to join our team!

KNOWLEDGE:

  • In-depth understanding of JD Group policies, processes, and systems
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (CPA, NCA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/applications

SKILLS:

  • Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Conflict management and emotional intelligence
  • Business numerical skills and attention to detail

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Matric Diploma, or Degree with 3-5 years of experience in a contact center environmen
