JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Here at GE Healthcare we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead the initiative to simplify customer account management across International. As the Customer Account Management Leader, you will be responsible for integrating multiple teams under a unified structure to accelerate the implementation of the Reltio Customer Master Data Management tool, drive operational synergies, and achieve cost efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, customer account management, or operations within a multinational organization.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale operational changes.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex, multi-country initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in implementing Customer Master Data Management tools (e.g., Reltio).
- Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce.com) and Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience in the healthcare or medtech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Integration Efforts: Oversee the unification of the UCM, OCM, and Reltio Implementation teams, streamlining operations to ensure seamless customer account management.
- Accelerate Reltio Implementation: Drive the implementation of the Reltio Customer Master Data Management tool, ensuring timely execution and effective integration across the International regions.
- Cost Management: Identify and realize cost savings opportunities upon Reltio’s implementation.
- Expansion to all Zones: Ensure a consistent approach to customer account management across all 7 Zones in International
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the teams under the unified structure, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, commercial teams, and regional leadership, to align objectives and ensure the successful execution of the initiative.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer account management.
