We’re looking for a knowledgeable Customer Account Manager to join our Sales Team to help our customers bring their products to market.

Your role
Your key goal is to manage inside sales activities to help customers master all the complex details of packaging. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for any information required by the customer.

Your background and experience

  • Assists external sales team on general enquiries as well as driving new project developments forward.
  • Oversees and directs weekly follow up on all active projects and queries.
  • Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Organized, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with a ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
  • Microsoft Suite product knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
