Your Tasks

  • Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
  • Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
  • Development of long term customer support strategies

With this you convince us

  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
  • Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
  • Fluent English language skills are required – proficiency in German would be an advantage
  • A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
