The role
Reporting to the National Accounts Sales Office Manager, the Customer Account Manager is responsible developing, managing, and growing the existing portfolio of Stapleton’s accounts. This role will develop key relationships with customers to build confidence in the proposition, increase market share and promote Stapleton’s within the industry.
This Key Account Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the protection and future of development of our business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in previous sales role (Essential)
  • Takes accountability for their own performance and actions, demonstrating an “above the line” attitude in all that they do.
  • Commercial acumen, demonstrating an ability to focus on profitability over turnover.
  • Consultative approach to sales, with ability to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
  • Methodical, orderly, and systematic approach to work.
  • Good negotiating skills and the ability to build consensus.
  • Has a sensitive and diplomatic manner when managing and interacting with clients/stakeholders.
