Customer Activation Manager for Norway & Finland
Location: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, or within Europe
Duration: fixed term contract for 7 months with possibility to extend

About the Role
In this Customer Activation role you will work closely with our sales team and distributor partners to understand the needs of monopolies in Norway & Finland and customers in on-trade channels. You will share your expertise with our brand teams in order to devise brand strategies and enable future growth by ensuring insights, growth drivers, and tools that deliver stellar execution of our commercial plans. We are looking to shift consumer and shopper behavior and help achieve Diageo’s market ambitions. Key to success in this role is demonstrating critical thinking and competence of navigating in a multifaceted and regulated environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Understand customer and brand needs by channel to pinpoint the activation priorities that deliver the greatest impact.
  • Build omni-channel activation plans around key activities and drive effectiveness in established channels
  • Be a key point of contact for our external distributor partners, internal sales and regional brand managers
  • Control, monitor and optimise A&P (advertising & promotion) budgets to ensure effectively driving our market performance

About You

  • Experience in FMCG business, in Sales, Customer, Trade, Shopper Marketing, Brand
  • Knowledge of Norwegian & Finnish markets is a plus
  • Passion for creating experiences for customers and consumers
  • Problem solver and teammate who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly
  • Experience in handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficient in English, knowledge of other Scandinavian language is a plus
