DESCRIPTION:

This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. Partner with the Off premise customers & banner groups, plus internal marketing and sales teams to deliver shopper marketing activations & experiences for our brands, delivering value & impact for Good Drinks & our partner venues.Incorporated in the is role is an ability to mine & develop category insights, by synthesising information across our various data points & portals to provide insights that inform & empower decision making.

Responsibilities:

Shopper activations
Deliver & execute insight-driven integrated marketing & commercial plans, driving high ROS (VPO) & value growth for Good Drinks & our Customers (retailers).
Contribute to the development of best in class marketing strategies & plans for retail & on premise activations & consumer experiences.
Develop & leverage insights & strategies around Channel, Customer & Shopper to unlock growth for Good Drinks & our customers.
Execute brand strategies & plans which support our customers’ needs & drive consumer demand, ensuring alignment between marketing & sales teams along the way.
Facilitate the development & maintenance of the POS, barware, promotional collateral & visibility tools to aid our sales team & drive value for our Good Drinks brands. Ensure all communication & collateral is inline with the ABAC guidelines.
Work with suppliers, sales & marketing teams to ensure timely inputs, approvals & development of relevant materials & collateral.
Drive communication to engage our key trade customers, building stakeholder support to drive their business & the sales of our brands
Drive internal communication to engage & inform our sales team of monthly sales briefs and assist Marketing Leadership team with coordination of quarterly sales briefings.
Co-manage the Shopper & sales support budget for your projects.
Coach Good Drinks’ people to increase their Customer marketing capability & execution.

Develop a deep understanding of the beer categories - Sourcing, manipulating, and drawing meaningful insights from various sources including Power Bi, CRM database, scan data, Circana category data and pricing analytics

  • Spend time in the field understanding sales requirements, trends and consumer insights & support needed to help the sales team in achieve their brand sales target

Skills required
2+ years experience in similar position, shopper, trade or customer marketing
Hospitality &/or on premise experience or Sales Rep experience.
Clear written & verbal communication skills
Robust project management & time managemen
