Description:
On behalf of Nationwide Building Society, AMS are seeking Customer Advisors to support with inbound calls in relation to Identification & Verification at Nationwide, working on a 6 month temp contract whilst working remotely from home.

- £13.00 per hour
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm
- A comprehensive training plan and support
- A 6 month contract with possible permanent opportunities in future
- A remote working schedule working within your own environment at home (if located within 30 miles of Northampton - will be a hybrid worker)
- To be provided with equipment from Nationwide to enable remote working

Responsibilities:
As part of our financial crime department, you will be focusing on obtaining customer data from our members at Nationwide Building Society and collating information correctly in line with our policy and procedures such as:
- Provide excellent customer service to members of NBS consistently
- Obtain and accurately record customer information
- Uphold excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Work within a fast paced environment and ability to handle high volume
- Maintain data accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- To resolve any customer issues or queries
- Follow a series of policies and procedures
- Complete quality checking on data and information obtained from the customer and to proceed accordingly
- Complete data entry and record keeping where required.
