ABOUT THE ROLE
This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer relationships and account management to play a key role in driving customer success and revenue growth.
As a Customer Advisor you are the primary link between PinMeTo and our large customer base, responsible for managing and growing the relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is a blend of relationship management, project coordination and cross sales, requiring excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. The Customer Advisor collaborates closely with internal teams to enhance and refine the user experience of the platform - aligning with product development, business goals and revenue expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate, develop and maintain long term customer relationships
- Manage expectations and communicate both proactively and reactively to make sure customers get maximum value from PinMeTo
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, products, or features that benefit the customer
- Identify the customer’s objectives to to help them be most successful - both with the PinMeTo Platform and in their own business operations
