THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
  • 3-5 years of customer service/call centre or account management experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up or financial services company (preferred)
  • Effective and courteous communication with strong customer command
  • Motivation to resolve simple and complex issues with a high degree of ownership
  • Collaborative individual who actively seeks solutions through teamwork
  • Curiosity, creative thinking, and collaboration
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities

As a Customer Advocate - Enterprise in the Flare team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be a part of our mission to unleash the potential of businesses across Australia. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting customers with the adoption and usage of Flare’s financial and non-financial products.
