JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Customer Analytics Manager ? LTL Division
REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager, LTL Division
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
The following is a list of essential duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed and in addition, management, as appropriate, may modify this job description.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new LTL & Arriviture sales opportunities.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Initiatives
  • Set up customers in ?Arriviture? to allow them to ship via our cloud-based system.
  • Provide customers with analytical research and explain the potential opportunity and relevance of the data.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent client records/updates in a shared database.
  • Coordinate and support RFPs/bids.
  • Coordinate and communicate with accounts to maximize the volume and long-term relationships.
  • Review A/R Ageing and call customers to inquire on payment status for past due invoices on accounts you support. Review and respond to customer?s questions pertaining to JTS invoices. Work with accounting to determine a resolution.
  • Provide support as needed to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
