CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking a Customer and Technical Support Executive to be the frontline of customer support, assisting customers with technical issues related to solar systems. The position would be based here in Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan. This is a full time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary, pension, healthcare and additional benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY SKILLS
- 1-2 yeas previous experience in a customer support based position.
- Previous administrative experience within a construction or electrical company.
- Technical Support experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Must live within a commutable distance from Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems, including inverters, panels, wiring, and software.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of technical concepts and solutions to the customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide remote assistance to resolve issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our internal ticketing system.
- Work closely with product manufacturers, engineers, and installation teams to resolve on-site technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and functionality of solar products.
