As a Customer Assistant, you’ll be the heart and soul of our client campaigns. You’ll work closely with both our clients and customers, ensuring seamless interactions, outstanding customer experiences, and that every opportunity is maximised. From day one, you’ll be immersed in our innovative marketing strategies and play a vital role in the success of various projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns by managing customer communication and maintaining positive relationships
• Promoting client products/services through direct engagement and understanding customer needs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business
• Reporting on customer feedback and campaign performance to assist with continuous improvement
• Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign success
