Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
  • Clear Criminal and ITC Records
  • Computer Literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Complaint Handling

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bilingual (Fluent English and Afrikaans)
  • Verbal reasoning
  • Punctual & well groomed
  • Patient
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
