Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
- Clear Criminal and ITC Records
- Computer Literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Complaint Handling
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Bilingual (Fluent English and Afrikaans)
- Verbal reasoning
- Punctual & well groomed
- Patient
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
