We’re looking for a permanent part-time (26 hours) Customer Care Advisor to join our lovely Bromsgrove team. As the first point of contact, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, friendly and will offer gold standard customer service. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and previous administrative experience. No previous veterinary experience needed; our supportive team will provide you with all necessary training.
