We’re seeking a full-time permanent Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Care team based in the historic Ferry Building in Auckland CBD (99 Quay Street). Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, you’ll form part of a team who operate 7 days a week between the hours of 7am - 6pm.
This is a rostered role including weekends and public holidays as we operate 365 days of the year.
This role forms part of the inbound contact centre, where you’ll pull from your excellent product knowledge to assist our customers through telephone, email and online interactions. This includes making bookings and amendments with both agents and directly with our customers.
You’ll be equipped with a writing style guide and the support of your experienced team.
