This role will see you have meaningful conversations with our members. Through inquisitive questioning, and a long term established framework, you’ll spend your day discovering the needs of our members, and recommending the BEST solution for them

This role will see you:

  • Promote and sell nib’s Private Health Insurance products and services, by partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements
  • Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success
  • Work remotely 80% of the time after onboarding, with in office days for team connection, collaboration and fun!

We’re on the lookout for driven, ambitious individuals to dive into the fast-paced world of sales with us!
If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional looking to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you!
Due to our business requirements, this role will see you enjoy a sleep in daily with shifts starting between 11:00am-12:30pm and finishing between 7:00pm-8:30pm Monday to Friday. Shift loading after 6:00pm applies.
Successful applicants must be available to commence training and employment on October 4th, 2024.
The initial training and orientation will take place over one month at our beautiful Newcastle office. During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet your new teammates and get acclimated to your role.
After completing the initial training period, you’ll benefit from our flexible hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 80% of the time.
