This role will see you:
- Promote and sell nib’s Private Health Insurance products and services, by partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements
- Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success
- Work remotely 80% of the time, with in office days for team connection, collaboration and fun!

We are looking so someone who has the ability to speak to a range of different customers from all walks of life, while demonstrating high attention to detail and not afraid to challenge the status quo!
Successful applicants must be available to commence training and employment on October 4th, 2024.
Due to our business requirements, this role will see you enjoy some more work life balance with shifts between 10:00am-6:00pm.
The initial training and orientation will take place over one month at our beautiful Newcastle office. During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet your new teammates and get settled into your role.
After completing the initial training period, you’ll benefit from our flexible hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 80% of the time.
