Responsibilities:
- Provide high level customer service via phone, email, in person, and our other business systems
- Support our Trade Store counter as required, customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties
- Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicabl
