This role will be based on-site with our dynamic team in Hollystown.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in a customer facing position
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - clear communicator
  • Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Log all defects that come in onto Sandbox system. Responsible for managing through and closing out issues
  • Issue defects out to relevant subcontractors and vendors
  • Liaise with relevant site teams on any issues, organise weekly review/meetings
  • Meet customers and provide a thorough walkthrough of their new home
  • Assist other members of the team if additional help is required on their sites
  • Respond to customer enquiries; deal with any customer complaints
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
