This role will be based on-site with our dynamic team in Hollystown.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a customer facing position
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - clear communicator
- Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities:
- Log all defects that come in onto Sandbox system. Responsible for managing through and closing out issues
- Issue defects out to relevant subcontractors and vendors
- Liaise with relevant site teams on any issues, organise weekly review/meetings
- Meet customers and provide a thorough walkthrough of their new home
- Assist other members of the team if additional help is required on their sites
- Respond to customer enquiries; deal with any customer complaints
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
