Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Optimize and execute Customer Care processes, including onboarding, support, and offboarding.
  • Independently execute tasks, investigate alternative solutions, and develop/document process changes.
  • Analyze customer database for segmentation, service usage, and sales opportunities.
  • Support service development and collaborate with experts and sales teams.
  • Manage reporting, KPIs, and analyze tickets to prevent escalations.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and support the Shared Services team.
  • Potentially take on the Service Manager role for some customers.

Your Profile

  • Fluent English; German (B2/C1) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
  • Understanding stakeholder needs and concerns.
  • Quick problem identification and solution provision.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management CRM software and ticketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Interpreting customer data for process optimization.
  • Effective collaboration with Service Managers and internal teams.
