That’s what makes us unique and what makes our skin can­cer detec­tion & treatment ser­vice so effective. About the Role We’re looking for an amazing person to join our customer care team! You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients and outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments. This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we continue to grow and introduce innovative solutions that enhance our patient experience. You will be working closely with our experienced customer care team who will guide and support you every step of the way. This is a full time permanent opportunity, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between hours 10:00am to 7:30pm. What you need: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative Great attention to detail Amazing written and verbal communication skills To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time. A positive mindset and passion for customer service Be the ultimate team player About the Team When our customers book with us, it's the customer care team that makes sure they have all of the important information about what to expect. Once they have had their MoleMap, it's the customer care team that co-ordinates between the customer, the Melanographer and the Dermatologist. When there is a diagnosis, it's the customer care team that makes sure their report gets to them quickly, is accurate and informative about the appropriate next steps they need to take. About You The following personal attributes will see you stand out from everyone else: Proven experience working in an inhouse call centre and will be highly regarded. Experience using 8x8 call centre program and the Team's and Office 365 environment. Reliable, with strong work ethic and a reluctance to let the team down.
