- Previous experience in the building industry with strong administration and customer service experience
- Proven ability to read and understand building contracts and drawings as well as knowledge of building terminology and site related issues - highly regarded
- Experience in process improvements with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for continuous administrative/customer service process improvements
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to autonomously work within timelines with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
Burbank has an exciting and rare opportunity available for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the team. Based in our Underwood Office - QLD, reporting to the Senior Customer Care Coordinator. Work amongst a supportive team to assist the customer from planning to settlement. The successful candidate’s tasks will include, however are not limited to:
- Ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in their dealings with Burbank.
- Applying exceptional customer focus skills to liaise between the customer and all Burbank Departments from pre-site to completion.
- Ensure the preparation of all documentation and approvals required to start construction in a timely manner.
- Managing a portfolio of customers through the journey of building their home from presite through to settlement of their home
- Applying exceptional customer service skills to liaise between Burbank customers and Site Managers to ensure feedback and resolution.
- Advocating for customers on issues raised throughout the construction of their home.
- Providing administrative support as required within the business
