JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of Nestlé products and services is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate product information and addressing concerns.
  • Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or customer trends.
  • Ensure the smooth handling of Nestlé product-related queries and assist customers with promotions or new product launches.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining positive customer relationships.
