JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of Nestlé products and services is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate product information and addressing concerns.
- Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or customer trends.
- Ensure the smooth handling of Nestlé product-related queries and assist customers with promotions or new product launches.
- Support the team in creating and maintaining positive customer relationships.
