Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or client relations, preferably in the finance or consulting industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality Traits: Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust.
- Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing queries or services.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service.
- Records Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Service Promotion: Educate clients about the company’s services and identify opportunities to offer additional solutions based on their needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve the quality of services offered.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
