We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or client relations, preferably in the finance or consulting industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personality Traits: Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing queries or services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service.
  • Records Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Service Promotion: Educate clients about the company’s services and identify opportunities to offer additional solutions based on their needs.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve the quality of services offered.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
