As a Customer Care Coordinator reporting to the Head of Sales & Customer Experience, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey. Your mission? Delight our customers and equip them with the tools and support they need for a seamless health journey. You’ll also connect with the local community, raising awareness about our invaluable services. In this close-knit team, you’ll be hands-on, involved in:

  • Being utterly customer-obsessed, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Ensuring our Resonate Studios always mirror our marketing and brand standards.
  • Championing local business growth and community awareness of our mission
  • Taking charge of local social media for the Studio, creating positive connections within the community
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in your field

  • Prior experience with social media management
