Provide quality customer service to SingTel customers either by telephone or electronically.
Make an Impact by:
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
- Provide street directory assistant to customer with regards to the location of certain business listing.
- Follow up and resolving customer complaint and problem.
- To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings & buzz sessions, giving feedback & ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaint to other stakeholder or next level within the agreed procedure.
Skills for Success:
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- An effective team player with ability to interact with team to achieve goals & service excellence.
- Good Knowledge on software computer applications for instance MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Proactive & have great sense of urgency.
- Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
