ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the WA State Manager, we are seeking a person who has a sincere passion for providing excellence in customer service to join our team. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for the delivery of Customer Service to both internal & external clients. A strong focus in and an understanding of Service. Excellence is critical to this position. A professional business manner when interacting with customers both over the phone, via email and at the Customer Service counter is essential to your success in this role.

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role
• Have worked with tradespeople is advantageous
• Be positive, friendly, energetic and diplomatic with excellent communications skills
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and use your initiative when required
• Have the ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accurac
