CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our Finnish customers with excellent support through high availability and flexibility. The aim of the customer care team is to keep down the customer contact ratio to a minimum, through continuous collection of information about the different topics our customers contact us about, in order to take action on it. Together with other stakeholders, such as team managers and process drivers we come up with proposals of how to eliminate the need for customers to contact us at Customer Care, which has a great financial impact for the company.
