CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

St. Croix Auto has an exciting new opportunity for a hybrid automotive administrator / sales representative role. Within this unique position you would be responsible for many administrative duties within the dealership as well as assisting with vehicle sales when required.

• First and foremost, to ensure that every guest who we interact with has an exceptional experience whether that be on the phone or in person.
• Managing the proper collection of accurate location guest traffic, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Any and all other administrative and support duties as instructed by Ownership.
• When required, assist the sales team
• Lot moves in winter when plowing is required
• Uploading photos of the vehicle inventory to our dealer website
• Management of dealer website including uploading new inventory online
