Position Description

  • Process incoming orders in SAP software
  • Review customers’ orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery – instructions
  • Cooperate and maintain positive relations with business partners and employees of other departments of the company
  • Update and enter the prices determined by the sales department (quotes) into the SAP system
  • Issue invoices and corrective invoices
  • Organize the delivery of ordered goods and services, manage export documentation
  • Cooperate with warehouse operator to ensure correctness and timeline of export shipments
  • Accept returns and handling complaints
  • Provide answers to customers’ questions about the features of the products and services ordered and the status of the order within the agreed time frame
  • Support implementation of new processes and changes in existing processes
  • Active implementation of customers in the field of ordering products through the B2B channel

Position Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Additional language will be an asset
  • Working experience at similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP/ Salesforce will be an asset
  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving attitude
