Description:

Currently, we are expanding our Customer Care team and searching for Specialist with fluent Hungarian and Czech (or Slovak).

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establishing personalized relationship with the key clients
  • Efficient response to customer´s requirements and following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Execute E2E process of orders, claims, disputes, returns, credit notes, refunds and proactive follow-up
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues (FC, Sales, Credit, Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance…)
  • Follow and enforce company standards of processes and policies
  • Collaborate to maintain accurate customer master data
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Perform testings when implementing new system features
  • Owner of the Order To Cash process
