REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Welcome individuals with Retail / Restaurant management experience
  • Minimum Qualification-Diploma
  • Ability to provide technical advice on performance vehicle repairs is an added advantage
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic faults and problems of vehicles would be is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Training will be provided on basic automotive knowledge
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all requests from customers for modification, repair and maintenance jobs
  • Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers on necessary or additional jobs
  • Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims and vehicle history files
  • Assist customers in checking-in their vehicles
  • Promote customers’ relation and ensure customers’ satisfaction on all jobs or enquiries
  • Attend to phone calls from customers
  • Assist in managing workshop operations
  • Manage team of service advisors
  • Any other duty assigned by Manager from time-to-time
