We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Medellin.
Your day to day:

Guarantee customer collaboration’s execution in Colombia’s market. Leading customer collaboration forums and projects inside PMI, leading all customer interactions from supply chain perspective, being responsible for service level agreements compliance, influencing all teams involved in order’s end-to-end to offer extraordinary service to our customers.

  • Guarantee the correct execution of the End-to-End order process through the monitoring and control of the 3PL performance. Develop and analyze KPIs to find optimizations or alternatives that improve the level of service, influencing and connecting all teams involved in the process.
  • Lead and handle customer collaboration meetings with main KA and distributor customers; and guarantee the execution of projects derived.
  • Constantly follow up on service level results (internally and externally) and lead monthly KPI homologation process with main customers. Guarantee great data analysis to structure and implement the improvement plan per customer.
  • Offer valuable input to commercial team regarding OSA (on shelf availability) - OOS (out of stock) - DOI (days of inventory)
  • In charge of service level reports internally in the market, to global PMI and to customers

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer, logistics or any related areas
  • 3 years of experience in Customer Collaboration or Logistics.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and ability to relate with external operators and different areas of the company.
  • Service vocation to timely respond to requests for information, support operations and resolve difficulties in the logistics process.
  • Advanced Excel and experience handling database cross-referencing. Data driven.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Analytical & attention to detail.
  • Process focused, organization & structure.
