WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

SentinelOne is growing its Customer Communications team and is looking for a Customer Communications Associate to support our efforts for educating and communicating with our customers in order to enhance their lifecycle.
You should be detail-oriented and adept at communicating in writing and verbally. If this is you and you want to be part of a next-gen growing technology in a company with a fantastic culture, we would love your help making our customers successful!

WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • 1+ years of experience or commensurate education in writing, communications, corporate marketing, customer marketing, or public relations with a focus on existing customers
  • Genuine interest in cybersecurity and delivering on an outstanding experience for customers
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to adjust to engage varying audiences
  • Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Thrives in a multitasking, fast-paced environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Product Management, Engineering, Security Research, Marketing, Services, and others to support the execution of communications to all SentinelOne customers.
  • Draft systemic and recurring communications to keep customers informed and educated on the latest updates and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute ad hoc surveys soliciting customer feedback and analyze results for follow-up action and discussion in executive-level reporting.
  • Undertake other responsibilities, as required.
