Description:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A reasonable standard of education or equivalent qualifications/experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in a target customer focussed environment.
  • Sound experience of performing a computer-based task or role in a work environment

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be …

  • Predominantly telephony-based customer service role with an emphasis on consistency of quality
  • providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience.
  • Provide up to date information about our products and services.
  • Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products.
  • Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services.
  • Replying to customer queries via email

Getting involved in…

  • A healthy work/life balance, and this opportunity will offer you a 35-hour working week, working between 8.15-5.30 Monday – Friday, with the option to condense your hours and make this a 4-day week. You will have flexibility to work from home once training is completed.
  • You will complete a 6-week training plan in our modern office in Sheffield city centre.
