Responsibilities:
- Support with daily tasks of the retail trade store
- Resolve customer queries satisfactorily (via phone, email or face to face)
- Finalise customer orders including online order collection
- Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including stocktaking)
- Ensure a clean, safe and presentable retail offering for customers
