Responsibilities:

  • Support with daily tasks of the retail trade store
  • Resolve customer queries satisfactorily (via phone, email or face to face)
  • Finalise customer orders including online order collection
  • Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including stocktaking)
  • Ensure a clean, safe and presentable retail offering for customers
