Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general customer queries (via phone and email) and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Support the Account Managers with any customer queries
  • Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role
  • Conduct product recommendations to customers based on previous buying history
  • Strive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
