Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:
- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

This is an exciting, fast paced role which is extremely varied, from transacting on the counter, supporting our members with savings meetings, helping prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to our community, to working with our Citizens Advice partnership to provide our members real help with real lives. This list is not exhaustive and no two day’s will ever be the same but what does remain constant, is putting our members at the heart of everything we do.

The branch is situated on immediately opposite Glasgow Central Station and 10 minute walk to Queen St station and local underground services. . There are various pay and display carparks nearby.
