It’s an incredibly exciting time for AT and we have some important work to do to improve the experiences of our people and our customers. We are seeking a Customer Data Analyst to provide actionable insights to inform the design of better customer experiences.
This role is works with the Customer solutions team and the wider organisation to understand the business needs, identify detailed data requirements and generate insights to drive business improvements.

• A customer insights professional with a curious mind and the ability to turn data into insights and bring opportunities to life.
• Experience working in a commercial environment delivering insights to help drive better customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through data visualisation.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, math, computer science, or economics.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with programming and data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Alteryx and SAS.
• A drive to master new technologies and data analysis techniques
