As a Customer Data Quality Specialist, you will become an integral part of our Commercial Development & Insights team. You will ensure the data at the core of our organization meets our current and future quality standards. This means ensuring all existing data entries are correct, as well as monitoring and processing new requests from stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, experience working with Excel, ERP and CRM systems and ability to work collaboratively within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governing the quality of customer data by providing daily support to internal and external stakeholders around customer and account data, processing requests for data changes and additions
- Cleansing and updating existing data
- Supporting overall data quality through proactive and reactive data analysis
- Supporting the wider team with data integrations and updates
- Interacting with wider Commercial Development & Insights team to understand business processes and highlight possible areas of improvement
