ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

Essential

• Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Road Haulage)
• Previous experience leading in Supply Chain operations
• Proven track record as a specialist in people management (succession planning, Diversity & Inclusion and empowerment).
• Proven communication and engagement skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Resource management and implementation experience.
• Strong customer centric approach.
• Proven financial acumen and budget control.
• Proven and effective working knowledge of IT Systems.

Desirable

• Incident management experience
• Disciplinary and Grievance experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will lead and manage the customer delivery, warehouse and administration operations to deliver outstanding levels of customer service, achieve network KPIs and cost control in a safe, efficient and legally compliant environment. In doing so you will also ensure the CDH operates to exceed our obligations as an exemplary operator under the DVSA Earned Recognition scheme.
