KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Customer Focus: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries, quotes, orders, and complaints. Your aim is to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule technician visits, ensuring resources are managed efficiently so that every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they continue to trust Survitec for their safety and survival needs.
Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve complex issues, collaborating with other teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
