Customer Delivery Specialist / 6 Months Contract / Central / Global MNC

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER DELIVERY SPECIALIST TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHRASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL TOWN AREA – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly update the CRM system to provide management with accurate and timely delivery information.
• Work with the Sales and Operations teams to complete pre-delivery, registration, and delivery documents accurately.
• Handle all the requirements for the vehicle registration process for customers.
• Prepare customer loan and registration documents and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful delivery appointments.
• Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including personalized new owner orientations.
• Assist the Sales Manager with delivery center operations, task completion, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
