MIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Customer Development (CD) Assistant provides support to Group CD Manager and CD Managers. They develop and support the partnership between CP, the customers / retailers by helping to align our category/brand strategies and their shopper strategies to increase demand and Retailer support for our profitable growth. Aligning our in-store tactics through all the distribution steps up to the retailers to ensure we get our products into the POS, off the shelf, and into the home of our shoppers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition.
