• Kommerzielle Aktivitäten einschließlich Preis-, Liefer-, Vertrags- und Prognoseverhandlungen
• Erarbeitung eines Kunden-Account Plans (Angebote, Projekte, Besuche, Ziele)
• Anwendungstechnische Beratung der Kunden in ausgewählten Marktsegmenten
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen, um die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Kunden zu erfüllen
• Anfragen, Reklamationen und Probleme zeitnah und zufriedenstellend lösen
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung von Verträgen und Prognosezahlen in Übereinstimmung mit den Zielen
• Verwaltung von Aftersales-Aktivitäten
• Identifizierung neuer strategischer Lieferanten und Produkte
