We are actively seeking a Partner (what we call our customers) Education Manager to shape how partners learn and succeed with ScalePad products. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of impactful LMS learning paths and courses, develop engaging educational materials, and collaborate with experts to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You’ll take charge of live training sessions, guiding partners on how to effectively use our products, and play a key role in gathering feedback to continually improve our educational programs. Responsibilities.
- Accountable for creating and delivering educational content that consistently drives tangible results and ensures partner success.
- Lead the development of curriculum for LMS learning paths and courses to support partner onboarding and product adoption.
- Develop educational materials, including videos, guides, and assessments, for use in the LMS and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Digital Learning Managers to implement LMS learning paths and courses in the platform.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers to ensure Help Centers align with educational initiatives and effectively support partner needs.
- Lead live training sessions to teach partners how to effectively use ScalePad products.
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide product knowledge and address partner and internal team inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align education initiatives with product updates and partner goals.
- Confidently represent ScalePad at events by delivering training sessions, engaging with audiences, and participating in networking and booth activities.
- Write Community posts and other content to share product knowledge and best practices with partners.
- Gather feedback from partners on LMS learning paths and courses, Help Centers, and live training sessions to improve educational content and delivery methods.
- Continuously seek out new ways to enhance partner education while building expertise in the MSP and SaaS industries.
Qualifications.
- 2+ years of experience in LMS curriculum development, instructional design, partner education, or working in Customer Onboarding, Support, or Success, with a strong preference for candidates from SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with the Gainsight platform, including its customer education and success tools, is highly valued.
- Experience creating engaging video content such as tutorials, walkthroughs, and adoption guides.
- Strong ability to design and deliver effective LMS learning paths, courses, and educational materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content, leading training, and collaborating across teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning about new products, the MSP industry, and SaaS.
- MSP industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
