REQUIREMENTS

While we do not believe there exists a one-size-fits-all profile for this role we draw from our own experience about what works well:

  • You have worked in a top tier management consulting role, ideally within Strategy, Transformation and/or Organizational Development practices. You have gained deep content expertise in one or more of the following areas: Strategy (execution), management and steering models, transformation, change management.
  • You have experience in developing and delivering workshops and training, coaching or public speaking.
  • You have consulted or worked with large enterprises, understanding their specific challenges and needs.
  • You are an excellent communicator in German and English, conversing with different types of customers, most notably senior leaders, at ease.
  • You have an affinity for or interest in modern technologies and ways of working.

By providing them with new ideas and approaches to strategy execution, helping them to set up their specific steering model for strategy execution, changing their mindsets and ways of working, we empower every employee and the whole organization to excel with more focus and purpose.
Our team is responsible for every aspect of customer education, such as creating cutting-edge content and training formats, delivering training and conducting tailored workshops while building strong customer relationships and guiding our different stakeholders along this journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You provide advice and guidance on how to implement a sustainable strategy execution process based on OKRs and their underlying principles, building on your subject matter expertise and our curated content.
  • You help customers connect the dots and integrate OKRs with other existing processes (e.g., KPIs, SAFe, Performance Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management) to guide them towards a holistic, integrated and outcome-oriented steering of their strategy execution.
  • You develop and deliver various kinds of education formats for our customers (ranging from e-learning content to standardized trainings, tailored workshops and individual coaching).
  • You are knowledgeable about our software, its features and functionalities and can advise our customers on how to best use it for their challenges in strategy execution.
  • You identify customer needs and challenges from customer interactions and data-sets to position additional Workpath services or software offerings that will help them overcome these challenges.
  • You accelerate your growth with a steep learning curve through high responsibility from the get-go and continuous coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues.
  • You gain unique insights into Europe’s leading companies and their challenges in strategy execution and apply those to further develop our content and product.

About your extended journey:

  • Collaborate with our account teams (sales, customer success, customer education) to share learnings and strategically plan for additional customer needs.
  • Support our sales organization in their pre-sales activities by contributing with your subject matter expertise, convincing potential customers of the added value Workpath and our approach to strategy execution can bring to them.
  • Liaise with customers and our product teams to shape the future development of our platform through continuous sparring, sharing your expert knowledge of customers’ challenges and opportunities with strategy execution.
