QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in customer service, marketing, and administrative roles.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outgoing, positive attitude, with a willingness to make cold calls and follow-up on leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technically inclined or experience working in a similar workflow environment.
