Ocean Spa has a vacancy for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, working 40 hours across 7 days as per roster.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Ensure every interaction counts and every customer has a positive, friendly and helpful experience
  • Responding to all enquiries and giving accurate information
  • Having up to date knowledge about the facility’s operations and schedules
  • Handling all bookings
  • Performing cashier duties and general administrative tasks as required
  • Contributing to the ongoing pro-active support of health and safety strategies and policies

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • A track record of offering exceptional customer service.
  • Accurate and speedy cash handling skills, and experience with electronic cash registers.
  • General clerical and administrative skills, with basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An outstanding phone manner with a passion for resolution.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Passionate about building relationships with people from all walks of life within our community and visitors
